Somehow this gets ratings. Which is a shame. Historians aren’t boring old guys anymore. For twenty years the field has shifted younger and more media savvy. There’s no excuse not to get a real historian to talk about history anymore.

They were at first but I haven’t heard much from women lately. The only high profile governors I’ve heard lately are Pritzker and Newsom. Whitmer has been disappointingly quiet lately.

These guys come in two types: this guy in the casual business attire with an overly groomed beard and thick rimmed glasses and the overweight bald guy with the huge beard.

Also, they’re going to go after non-profits next. I’m not sure a private institution would be much safer.
