There have been 200 bids on deregulated AI Growth Zones sites since Keir Starmer launched them in January 2025. The US and UK both refused to sign up for the EU's AI Safety Summit in April 2025.

It's already been weaponised against the US and UK populations - no doubt others - likely anywhere that's turned right, politically.
