This is one I had completely forgotten, but deserves to be remembered: Israeli soldiers taking a PR photo with Bashir Hajji, a Palestinian disabled and elderly man - executing him with one bullet to the head and one bullet to the back the very moment the shutter had let the light for the photo pass.
