Why not national health insurance? No profit for investors in public healthcare. Banks? No profit for investors! Low minimum wage? Less (not none) profit for investors! Over and over! Education! Make schools private - larger profits for investors. Environment; same, same, same!

So almost every story I read these days, cutting this research, reducing that oversight agency, eliminating federal departments, etc., can be traced back to the push for profit. More money, more opportunities for the rich, etc. Read a story, think underlining reason, ask why! Are we so greedy?
