Plus poor blood flow to his brain because of congestive heart failure. I think he has vascular dementia. He eats like crap, his age and his weight are contributing to his underlying neurological condition

This was reported by the Washington Post this morning. About a dozen Trump-deployed National Guard troops appeared near the Washington Monument yesterday evening. They took photos of themselves with visitors, and they left after roughly two hours.
