How this isn’t making headline news in the UK, I just don’t know.

please don’t give up on transitioning no matter how hateful the world is, they need to know that we will never disappear like they want us to, we need to keep fighting. don’t feel shame in who you are, pursuing your happiness and becoming who you were always meant to be is something truly beautiful
Stop pretending it’s trans people who caused an issue.
It is, and has always been, the oppressive state apparatus regarding our existence and the gatekeeping of our lived realities

👏🏻 excellent explanation and I’m so so sorry that the state did this to you and so many of us. It’s tiring to be at the whims of the state, do what they say only for them to consistently change their mind because they haven’t got a clue.

I had a whole incident yesterday in a work building because nobody has seen fit to make things clear. I would have messaged you but I’m not verifying my age so haven’t got DMs 😭
It’s already having an impact before it’s statutory because misinformation has been allowed to run rampant and the govt haven’t seen fit to tackle it. I appreciate this effort Nadia but I also think things have spread in a harmful way because the govt haven’t stood up against misinformation
My MP told me a couple of weeks ago that she’s concerned about the new code and she arranged a meeting with Phillipson to discuss constituent concerns. No idea what happened but it seems a few MPs are alert to it
Forthcoming statutory guidance could have a profound impact on trans people's lives.
I've written to the Women and Equalities Minister to urge her to reject anything that undermines trans people's rights, inclusion, privacy or safety, and for Parliament to have proper oversight.
Just an ordinary comment about other human beings by totally normal non-fascist people with reasonable concerns.
Meanwhile, the UK continues to appease them
Remember when we said they wanted to round up every trans person and people said we were being hyperbolic?
But sure, reasonable concerns about sport etc etc
