They want to blind themselves so that their fantasies seem valid to them. But they also want to blind everyone else and that is not OK. We want the real world, not a Trumpist fantasy.

" There is a broad based, concerted effort to blind us all to knowledge that will probably not comport with Trumpian fantasy. Climate, history, economics, law, etc. all that data has to ALIGN with this fantasy

After Trump's last day in office it will not matter what is revealed. When will that happen? Maybe sooner than we think if the conspiracy theory that Vance will take office before 2028 following a 25th amendment coup.

So what's the DEAL with Ghislaine Maxwell? It looks like she has been convinced to keep her MOUTH SHUT. The quid pro quo? The already delivered down payment is a transfer to a more comfortable prison environment (Club Fed). The final payment, a full pardon, will come on Trump's last day in office.

This is another example of MAGA projection. They accuse others of peddling false news and indoctrinating students then turn around an do that very same thing albeit with conclusions they prefer over what comes from truth telling and objectivity.

The standard political tool to undermine something is first to underfund it so that inevitably something goes wrong – then you pounce on it. If that doesn't work or doesn't work fast enough you enlist a crisis actor such as "big balls" to stage an incident that produced the pretext that you need.

My congressman is Gus Bilrakis, a Republican. I subscribe to his newsletter and frequently comment on the drivel he espouses. In addition to our "preaching to the choir" we also need to keep our tormentors aware that there is opposition and that we will not tolerate their lies and bullying.

He wants to inflict pain on his constituents. It's a form of sadistic gloating. I hope his constituents can tell that it isn'r raining as he says. It's him pissing on their lives.
