Why stop short. Just legalize or decriminalize it already. Its a very.useful herb & I resent not being able to add it to my herbal remedies. I remember when they made Stevia illegal because it might hurt the artificial sweetness business, while aspertain (sp) they put in everything, is a neurotoxin
