There never was a good war or a bad peace". The Lamekhov fam. (Nikita, pregnant Sofia, 2yr-old Lev) from Slavyansk died in Kyiv during a massive night attack on Jul.31 on a 9-story buildng in the Svyatoshinsky(assoc. knyaz/lord "Sviatosha/Saint", XIIcen.) Kyiv district. 31ppl, incl. 5chs, also died.

Should the nature of #Ukraine/Russia negotiations change if they don't produce the desird results: should they move to secret negotiations between facilitatrs, similar to the preparation of the "Oslo", or, contrary, initiate public discussions by community/UN on each point of both memorandums? Perhaps every year more resources/money will be needed to combat climate change. How can geoengineering with QC/Al really help? F.ex, I have the impression that the current Kamchatka's volcanic eruptions has increased the amount of rainfall in the middle (& southern) latitudes of the N.Hemisphere.
