UKR is (for good reason) trying to bring the war home to the RU public without directly targeting civilians or purely civilian infrastructure. Watch to see if UKR’s (reportedly imminent) use of its domestically-produced, long-range/high payload cruise missile (the Flamingo) has an impact here.
IMO just what EUR+ leaders shld be making clear to their publics. Add clarity about the risk that the US goes full authoritarian under Trump and doesn’t come back.
Well strikes that wld bee a big deal if if it can happen quickly (eg by producing Flamingos there by, say, end of 2026). One of the key issues has been whether RU can strike production facilities in UKR effectively enough to keep production down.
