That’s a great idea. I saw a video documenting ICE plates and many did not match the vehicles (small sample size but still alarming)
Also, white folks here are putting Mexican flag stickers on their cars to waste officers’ time. Not sure what your largest immigrant community is, but it’s effective!

However, people here in LA have successfully protested to get hotels to terminate contracts housing ICE agents, so for now, protest is helping!
Sorry, I didn’t see this. Absolutely. They’re evil, and evil must be stopped. I worry because unilateral gerrymandering leads to competitive authoritarianism (i.e. meaningless elections), that’s not a system I can endorse. That’s why I love Newsom’s plan. It’s reactive, and I get to vote for it.
They declared war and fought under the rules of engagement to defend allies. So yes, it was still within the rules-based system.
