it's like that country song about a date night at applebee's. much like the average country fan's experience with rural living, I don't think anyone who loves that song would ever actually take a date to applebee's unless they were LOOKING to get broken up with
it's more like they want to be able to fantasize freely about people you couldn't pay them to stand near. if there's anything the gop is fighting for, it's having a set fantasy of what live in this country is SUPPOSED to be like and then constantly measuring the tangible against that fantasy
