When changing copilot.instructions.md, can I test the changes in the same PR? So if I add a .md file rule to, say, prefer

need to check it out bc I’m trying to get ai agents to find vacation rental houses. I have a list of requirements (date ranges, number of bedrooms, max driving distance, etc) but so far chatGPT, Gemini & Edge’s copilot mode have failed me. They give reasons like can’t automate searches on vrbo
