Texas Democrats Leave the State to Block GOP Congressional Map

Just to be clear, they're leaving because there needs to be two thirds of lawmakers present for any votes to be held and Republicans only make up roughly 60% of them.

They're essentially shutting down the Texas house in a similar fashion to Mike Johnson but not to protect pedophiles.
