Currently, a candidate for MP is not required to be registered to vote or be resident in the UK. We ask the Government to require candidates for MP be registered to vote and residents of the UK.

Today marks one year since the 2024 General Election.
Of the 252 divisions held since, 120 would have changed result if seats matched votes.
That is, ~48% of the time, opposition MPs represented more voters, but the government won anyway 🤷♀️

In case you've forgotten, this is what pure #goodness looks like. Soccer star Diogo Jota and his brother, Andre, were killed in a car wreck July 3. Liverpool FC announced it will pay the two remaining years of Diogo Jota’s contract in the amount of £14.5 million to his wife and their three children.

TdF: I know that local authorities spend serious money to make their area look as good as possible if the Tour is coming through. But living in derelict Britain, the superior quality of things like the roads in France is so obvious.
