Its the only language we have as a species that's actually universal and that we understand and sometimes even listen to. Change happens through it, might be why we're reluctant to use it, cause it works. Either way, hopefully past displays of violence can court useful dialogue and change for peace

Moral high ground was invented to soothe the ego of any loser in a conflict and court sympathy and support. Its often misused as a "gotcha" these days when in the context of violence. It muddles the conversation and makes us dishonest, we're all here due to our species history of selective violence

React videos are used to occupy that space that used to be sharing things you like with people you used to have. At least some react channels offer some actual input and knowledge related to the subject.

When the meds kick in I feel capable, rumination doesn't overtake me, I feel like I can do things, RSD doesn't feel like a barrier to social interaction and I feel closer to my creative side.
