A review in opposition is pointless, you know that as well as I do, she is conducting a review, what comes of that remains to be seen but to your initial point, she is listening.

Whilst they report to Westminster, rightly or wrongly, certainly arguments from both sides, personally I think it should be fully devolved, funding is separate and Scottish government controlled, as is which infrastructure projects should be prioritised.

It doesn't though does it, the fact that you acknowledge the hundreds of millions, soon to be billions wasted, while key infrastructure projects are ignored, shows you where the blame lies. Simply ignoring that does you no favours.

Westminster is also funding the infrastructure for the new ferry btw, but the Scottish government have helped, by allowing the Highland Council to use £28m of their own money to partially fund.

It's not about blame but holding to account, something you seem to bypass. We just spent £308m to dual 6 miles of the a9, let's not pretend that the less than £100m is the issue here.
