With legal challenges to this law pending, we cannot justify building the expensive required infrastructure.

This isn't too alarming but the deconstruction of the healthcare system under RFK JR makes truths like these scary. If the numbers rise then it can be a problem but just one cat in the west isn't too alarming alone.
