Though at this point we might want to propose the deal to General Zhang, not President Xi. I hear things are getting interesting in China lately.

If we're being smart the Deal contains a little something for China, too, to really push Putin to the table.

The irrational draw is his thing for strongmen. But Putin isn't as strong of a strongman as he used to be; and his refusal to give even a little is in the way of something Trump wants, which is to make a Historic Deal. The Europeans are in a position to sweeten a Deal.

I have a reading list longer than I'll probably get through in my remaining lifetime, so who knows if/when I will actually read it. But, I discovered it was just three and a half bucks for the E-book version on Amazon, so I bought it. What the hell, ya gotta live a little. Congratulations!
