Minor quibble:
The Wannsee Conference in Jan '42 is often cited as the time the decision was made, but the WC was really a planning session for how to execute the order.
Most historians believe the decision was made between Dec 12 and Dec 18 1941, based on Goebbels diary and Himmler's notes 1/

While I do not disagree with your statement, without the bombs I don't think we would have invaded. We'd have surrounded them completely with naval power and used air power to level the rest of the country that wasn't already leveled until they quit.

A force as powerful as the IDF fighting in a very densely populated area urban environment killing 3% of the population is NOT genocide. If that was the Israeli’s goal they’d have easily achieved it in the opening chapter of the war.
