I can't build minis to save my life. Hate base layers (green tide will do that), but yes I've spent 3 hours painting the feather on my Pirate ork captains hat. I can paint a boy in 6 minutes or 6 hours as the mood strikes.
I spent 'lockdown' alone in Sweden. Daily paint alongs kept me happy.
When my dad died I went to WHWorld, bought 2000 points of craftworld, painted them (to look like Christmas) over the next 48hrs and entered a tournament the day after that. Still drying on the way.
I still haven't finished my green tide after 6 years!
ABZ is a lovely wee airport. Small and speedy. SIN is a favourite big airport, I've always had a pleasant visit.
And based on personal experience, I love AMS. Great security, great customs, the fact I can make a 23 minute connection between EU and Int terminal! Amazing.
Actually, you know what? Letβs stop complaining for a second. QT this with a GOOD airport. Defend that title as much or as little as you like. But letβs hear about airports that donβt suck.
I had a 'pal', who gets disability benefits due to being disabled, who works as they're allowed to do, try telling me people who work scam disability benefits!
How do you know? I asked. Just do they said. Is that what you're doing? I asked. No, no, not me. See how ridiculous you sound? I said.
I really worry about the drivers. For the family it's loss of a loved one, grief and the circumstances they chose. For the driver it's trauma, potentially career ending, even with the best therapy possible. Just an awful thing all round.
I had that on my train home after my crime scene exam. Sound was sickening as I knew what it was. I was sat, by chance, next to my tutors ex BTP boss! And neither of us could do anything to help.
The family trauma is one thing, the driver trauma is another. Both awful.

Yesterday's progress on my socks needs tinking. Luckily I only did 4 rows before noticing the ladder at the join. Having the CC 3 stiches back on front side and having another 9 or 10 stitches MC to knit made my floats too big and my first stitch of the back side too tight!
That's today's job.
And always remember to support your small time 'criminal' who will sell you tesco finest for a fraction of the retail price, rather than the giant criminals themselves, Tesco.
I feel like his silence is the price of support for the transphobe and homophobe to join his project. And that's gross. Either way he's happy to work with them, agree to disagree bs.
