It’s maddening that we all must watch others learn real-time that they’re being lied to repeatedly.
My biggest issue with Dems is that we spend too much time talking about how things “should” be.
“She should have won in 2016.”
“Merrick Garland should be on SCOTUS.”
“Trump should have been convicted.”
Dems need to stop whining and find ways to win cuz rn, that’s what Rs are doing.

Interesting how originalists ignore the 9th amendment, which emphasizes that individuals retain rights beyond those explicitly enumerated in the Bill of Rights.
One of the strongest arguments against providing the BoR was that we’d one day have people like Tung.

Why not ask, “We’ve heard you and your advisors muse about a third term. “Do you agree that the 22d amendment of the Constitution limits presidents to two terms?”
