It just looks like a bunch of pathetic losers trying to look tough. I know I am not alone in that. The more you posture, the weaker you are, people can sense that. It is why Presence P as a tactic was so ineffective overseas, you waste time, resources, manpower, all to tell a lie no one is buying.
