Trump’s use of the National Guard is a bandaid. It’s FORM not substance! It does nothing to solve the long term problem of the homeless, drug & other addicts, gangs, criminal elements, mafia, drug distributors. These problems are solved with investment, strategy and increased policing staff. SAD
