You have more money than God. But you want incentives to do good, moral things?
Maybe you can change the behaviour of an individual by appealing to their morals. But if you want to change the behaviour of a group of people, or companies, then yes, you have to talk about financial incentives, negative or positive. Sorry to all the highly principled people, that's how it works 😏.

The point is, it shouldn't work like that.

Sounds like a waste of resources. Sounds like we should tax them so there are no billionaires. If you want to have a system that privileges a few then yes they are morally culpable to the rest of us. Sorry to all the bootlickers but that's just how it works.

Billionaires already have more money than they could ever spend. You think offering them more money is the answer? Seriously?

if that “group of people” is “billionaires”, then no. Those people should be smart and principled enough to do good with their fortune without further incentive
