D.C. mayor defends capital's crime rates after Trump threatens to take over police

He’s distracting from the fact republicans want to change the age of prosecution and most importantly consent to 14. This would make anyone who had “relations” with a 14 year old exempt from prosecution. Let’s say that again for those in the back. Trumps wants the age of consent to be 14. Ask why!!
