You used to be able to turn off autocorrect & autocomplete separately on iPhones & now you can’t turn them off at all, even as they have become more useless & fucked up.
It's moved to "General:Keyboards" under 18.6.

Found it, but Predictive Text—which is the dumpster fire in question—still can’t be turned off. I tried under the last iteration a week ago but it was un-turn-off-able then as well.
I can laugh at the autocorrect feature, which does occasionally fix things, but the Predictive Text can’t predict.
