It's been suggested that if you see someone being arrested by ICE, ask them to yell out their name and zip code, then call your local immigration attorney's office or the A C L U and give them that info. So they can find out where they were taken and notify the family, for starters.

I'm sorry but I called Metro T-mobile's customer Care line twice to get help. The solution did not work either time, and the instructions by the 2nd guy made no sense. So I look up their customer care site, and this is the first image I see. A lovely woman in a Raggedy Anne costume.
