So much TV drama recycles old plots, is gratuitously violent & gives little time to character development. Old series or European drama series are more interesting. Watching Families like Ours which has an interesting scenario.

I feel so lucky to have been prescribed them for diabetes. They worked quickly on blood sugars then impacted on many health areas that T2 is linked to. I hope they become more widely available through the NHS. Best hope of prevention until we change the commercial food environment .
