How about a progressive tax rate where the rate increases to 100% when you hit a billion? Want to lower your tax rate? Voluntarily reinvest into your people, facilities & communities.

He’s right Mark. Do you really wanna do something? After your first billion dollars in revenue for last year, tax yourself 100% and then take that money and use it in an at risk neighborhood or community. Hell since you’re a millionaire just taxed yourself 100% even if it’s under a billion.
