The rest of the world doesn't need to sign anything. Most trade is tariff free or low tariff. They just trade and avoid the US, both for buying and selling.

Yeah, tracks are easily repaired. Need to get bridges, power supplies, signalling systems and even locomotives.

Trump won't put punitive tariffs on China. He already did this and had to back down. He won't want to back down a second time but he will have no option.

Zelensky will not be invited if Putin doesn't want him there.
If he is invited it will be only so both Trump and Putin can gang up against him.

I think it's better that Zelensky is not there. There is a risk of a 2 against 1 Oval Office repeat and without him anything Trump agrees with Putin will be irrelevant.
