She does not want me to stop writing. She wants women to not be hurt. This was a similar problem to addressing her more transphobic viewpoints, which in some cases resulted in me exploding at her in frustration. She is firmly against TERF stuff now and has made that very clear, but it took time

My mother supports my writing and knows that what I do is artistic. But she knows women who were abused by the porn industry and feels she has to point that out
