If everyone had to get a motorcycle license along with driving training and you lose the license if you EVER go on to a sidewalk I would agree
Car drivers also lose their license if they EVER run a stop sign right???
And license plates, like motorcycles require, because you need to be able to identify them.

Ok - this happens a lot in these conversations about bikes in NYC. The starting point of th conversation is that regulating bike riders is, in practical terms, way more hassle/expensive than it's worth. Then someone says something like this.
I assume you’re also cool with everyone who drives a modern pickup being required to get a CDL and all drivers surrendering their license if they park where they shouldn’t? Or is it just an issue with ebikes rather than a safety concern.
