I agree until it gets to the not so Supreme Court who is rubber stamping all this convicted felon, sexual abuser wants. The last ruling on it was 5-4 (1989). Unfortunately it looks like this fascist leaning court’s unwillingness to follow precedent will once again be true. Downward spiral continues.

Not going to happen unless done by legislation. Democrats would need to win both houses. The Supreme Court will only get younger with far right appointment replacements for Thomas and Alito. Justice Sotomayor is 71 and diabetic. Justice Kagan is 65. Things will only get worse with this court.
