With all the “blue city violence” rhetoric I assumed he plans to deploy troops to specific cities on Election Day to thwart any possibility of Democratic wins at the national level.

Well, let's just vote anyway. If we ignore them, as Black people have had to do for eons, they have no excuses to turn on us. And they all know they can't use force against us legally. For what? Standing in line?
