Art tells the judge "we don't know" whether the feds have turned over all body-worn camera footage.
"For example, we don't have defendant [Greg] Bovino's body camera footage from the Nov. 8 incident in Little Village."
Art: "We have asked repeatedly, in the context of the Nov. 8 incident in Little Village, where federal agents say that they were shot at, for the camera footage of that happening and the reports about it happening. And we do not have any yet."
Ellis gives the feds until Tuesday.
