Ellis, while not ordering, says she is "strongly recommending that defendants preserve any reports going forward, as well as all of the video for anything relating to those reports."

Art: "We have asked repeatedly, in the context of the Nov. 8 incident in Little Village, where federal agents say that they were shot at, for the camera footage of that happening and the reports about it happening. And we do not have any yet."

Between now and then, Judge Ellis wants both sides to discuss a protective order in the case, which governs (and restricts) the sharing of evidence.
