I suspect it depends on one's perspective.
Honestly if a judge wrote this about anything I had done, I would shrivel up into a husk from pure embarrassment (and then start worrying about my bar license)

The thing is looking at how the quarter term elections came out, that GOP gerrymander could very well have given the Democrats extra seats out of Texas. Meanwhile, knocking out of Texas gerrymander may cause prop 50 in California to be Null and void.
