When I go there I see exactly the same posts I do in my "Following" thread.

Funny now, yes, but vomiting and passing out while zonked on mushies and rum was NOT nice. I was hitchhiking at the time, too, and my boyfriend turned back and left the next day, so my post-mushie blues just intensified! It took a lot of hours before I could get going again. 😄 Young and stupid!

Hence my aversion to Bacardi. I had no idea it was in the coke being passed around, until I slid to the ground and passed out. Probably couldn't taste it because I'd also had some dried magic mushies beforehand!

Ah yes, the pony or 5oz. I had customers who would enter the bar at 10am and leave at 10pm (clearly didn't want to be home with the missus) and sit on a pony of beer for hours. Also "beer with a dash, love", could be lime, lemonade or even sarsaparilla! Whisky chasers were also popular.
