These were terfs who really, REALLY, REALLY wanted to obsess with people's bodies and hate them for being different and something "other".
So, I kept pushing on their "logic".
It broke their brains.

It was just fun, because they kept insisting to me that they were the same, and immutable, and they were using such convoluted logic to back themselves up, that I managed to get them on my side.
Before they rebelled because oh, goddess, how dare we be accepting.

About stating who your self-insert is in the books you write (one most fans latched onto), but really being the most hated character, instead.
