I'm thankful that at my age I haven't lost that giddy excitement feeling of finding records and CD's that make me want to rush straight home and listen to it immediately.

To be clear, records never went out of fashion in my small world. I never stopped buying them. I'm on a vinyl hiatus at the moment until I reconfigure my small living space to get the floor spillage resolved. CD's are still cramable on my shelves. Digital albums? They go where the others can't.

I also have two of these music file flash drives that act ipod-ish and have Bluetooth capability. Lots of space and the sound is good.

I actually didn't know any of this was possible. I'm curious about all of it. I'm assuming with a modern flash drive, it wouldn't need itunes to load it.

I've come to realize in recent times that while I do love a good slab of vinyl, I'm not a vinyl junkie, I'm a song junkie. I'll take it on any format I can get it.
