Bork had a reputation from his role in Nixon’s “Sat Night Massacre” in 1973, was on record defending Jim Crow-era poll taxes, condemning portions of the Civil Rights Act banning discrimination in public accommodations, & arguing against extending the equal protection of the 14th Amendment to women.

  2. He shouldn't have been pardoned. Sorry Republicans are mad about a corrupt president having to step down. Matter of fact, when Congressional Republicans had ethics, they were the ones to tell Nixon he'd lost confidence with them. Now we have spineless worms for Congressional Republicans.
