Shelter animals in America are treated better than those going w/o adequate food, beds, daily showers/changes of clothing, medication, etc. in overcrowded cells. Keeping lights on 24/7 to keep detainees sleep deprived is torture. The Trump Administration is all about cruelty, power and control.
