    I’ve heard from business owners in Fox Point, Providence whose clients ride RIPTA to access them. Please urge businesses like them to call Governor McKee’s office at 401-222-2080 and share how these service cuts could affect them and the local economy.

    Because the State Senate hasn’t acted, we are just days away from devastating cuts to SEPTA.

    School starts in 2 weeks and those cuts would hurt 55,000 kids – and their families – who rely on SEPTA buses and trains to get to class.

    It’s time to get this done.

    You’ve forced @ripta.com to rely on emergency funding for years, and now you’re blaming them for your own budgetary negligence. Meanwhile your RIDOT director gets a pass for literally allowing critical infrastructure to decay beyond repair.
