My 🍁 friend is fighting there. He told me volunteering to help defend Ukraine gave him a sense of meaning and purpose he's never felt before, and he sounded happy. He'd met a nice Ukrainian girl, and wasn't talking about coming back. Respect to these volunteers.

FYI, when this guy says what he's doing is "community policing", he's flat out wrong. Community policing involves building trust-based relationships with members of the community, to encourage people to report crimes.
After DEA GOONS begin to harass and question a man sitting in Starburst Plaza in NE Washington DC, local neighbors remind him of his rights and stand with him until the GOONS give up on their harassment.
