Here's the menu of reforms Dems will need to push through in order to reverse/avoid future fascism. We're not going to get 60 Dem Senators given our institutions now. So, the only answer is "somehow, a few Republicans pick democracy over power" or "magical 🦄 landslide election wins forever."
