The mid-decade Texas gerrymander is just the warmup act for everything that Republicans are going to do to rig the midterms.
And what they will do in the midterms is just a warmup act to for the Americans (The Americans, not the Republicans. If the Americans just bothered to vote for democracy, it would persist.)to finally end the last traces of democracy.

yes, voter turnout is a big problem here in the US. A big factor is not understanding why voting is so important. As I've believed for decades, the US govt has been reducing the budget for education so that the populace would be too stupid to understand what the govt was doing. Mission Accomplished.
