Eliminate congressional districts: Each state gets allocated a number of reps based on population per census. All voters vote for all reps (ranked choice?) like senators. No more gerrymandering, all voters get equal representation, AND NO 'mid-census' reallocations!

Our state legislature has been trying to do the same thing, but so far the courts have decided those district easily favor one party over another. I expect to see the same thing here again as time for the mid-terms nears. Thank God Tony Evers is still our governor.
