In 🇦🇺 we had a prison that developed a policy & program that helped to recruit & retain trans prison staff.
So what does orgs like #transvictoria & other 🌈 orgs & peeps do.
They protest the prison program that supports prison staff.
But they say they want prisons to change🤡
Its funny the abolish all prisons people that bag me for being the worlds first trans prison governor are very quiet whenever a pedophile gets sent to prison.
Whilst we have prisons we need the prison staff to reflect the community they are locking up!
