BREAKING: A federal judge in Florida just told the state that they have 60 days to clear out Alligator Alcatraz.

This is a huge win for humanity.

A huge loss for Trump.

  1. Any loss for a tRump, is a win for humanity. Yay! Holding my breath though. That slimeball slips through Justices fingers all the time. He is above the law. 🚬😎

  2. They must’ve known as they’ve been moving people out for over a week as reported by an attorney whose client WAS there. All that money paid to slap that shit together too, what a waste.

  3. It will not stick. They will find a way around it. All these rulings are a waste of time. Nothing is going to stop him from doing what he wants….not Congress….not judges….not the SC.

Our only hope is that he chokes on a cheeseburger during a live FOX interview.

  4. I hope the men will get the help they need after this horrific concentration camp lock up. I also hope this evil administration is not going to just send them to one of the newer camps. If you are going to deport people, then do it the right way. Why torture them. And why is Anna Delvey still here.

  5. Yeah until SCOTUS reverses the order and adds that the administration should increase the number of alligators and implement Thunderdome style nightly combat rituals

  6. Oh Haven’t heard of ignoring the ruling A local county jailhouse site has been pick Cost $12 million plus another $2.4 mil for misc I bet someone said let’s catch the wind & hopefully available $ to fund a detention center But it’s an assumption . A bond vote was rejected in earlier years

  7. Where will they send the detainees who are already there? I say send them to Mar-a-Lago.

  8. I wouldn't get one's hopes up. Certainly there will be an appeal. And they'll try to ignore the judge's order for as long as they can. Remember, these are Republican Nazis and they don't care about laws, Democracy, people of color or the planet's environment or any of the niceties of civilization.

    2
  9. Now let's see if Florida can actually pull off this alligator relocation without any, ahem, 'reptilian' resistance.

  10. It's great for the moment -- but wait till Chief Capo John Roberts and his five Court stooges get their bloody fingernails on the ruling.

  11. Unfortunately, it probably won’t hold up. The Taco Supreme Court will pave the way for concentration camps in every state.

  16. 60 Days too long.

60 days is enough time for the regime to finalise plans to deport human beings from the USA to Africa and beyond.

Drumpfff has deportation agreements with Honduras and Uganda

  17. It is a huge win! I am very happy! As someone who handled about 16,000 cases in ct, I also understand that it will lead 2 delays & appls. It’s another emerg petition from taco on the shadow docket Scotus nds 2 realize that defending democracy is defending themselves. They r ALL the new Mike Pence.

  18. Or, just keep AA around to send Felon47 and all his henchmen there on the soon upcoming day of reckoning surrounded by a big beautiful wall - of course, painted black.

  19. What will they do with them? Just move them to a different facility they have opened? Ship them out of the country?

  20. a lot of those poor souls will not survive 60 days. I've lived in FL. it's 100+ degrees & 100% humidity in the summer there & they have no protection from mosquitos & other insects that spread disease. this is torture pure & ugly

I could not be more disgusted

  21. Woooohooooooo!

We just wasted $100's of millions to build a concentration camp known as

Dade- ICE Capture and Kidnap Retention Shelter OR Little "D.I.C.K. R'S"

People got rich building it and will get richer tearing it down.

Money, Revenge and Cruelty is the Perverted Prez regime's prime goal

  22. It's a win for ecology, and a positive mark for justice. But a win for humanity would be Trump convicted at The Hague of Crimes Against Humanity.

    0
  23. Is it? This Adminsitration will likely challenge it. SCOTUS could very likely approve it. Or, worse, Trump and co could just finally say "Fuck you you can't do jack shit judge" and leave it up ANYWAYS.

    0
  24. Yeah for federal judges. Can you imagine if we had judges who complied with everything they wanted to do?

  25. DeSantis spokes person says, deportations will continue until moral improves. Whatever that means and the only quote in article. Orlando Sentinel. Fl has filed an appeal.

    0
  26. They will hem and haw, they will continue to do as they have been...why? Because they have orders "We will return America to God" Russell Vought de facto head of the Project 2025 shadow government

    0
  27. They just grifted 500 million dollars from taxpayers. He dosent give a sht, they knew it would happen and they knew they'd walk with a HALF A BILLION DOLLARS! FKN CRIMINAL

    0
  28. They'll appeal this all the way to the Supreme Court, as usual. They'll likely grant Trump his wish. In the meantime they'll ask for a stay on the order.

    0
  29. This is a start. Now there have to be inspections of the other detention centers-- Texas, Louisiana, etc. to close all of them down due to inhumane conditions.

    0
  30. DeSantis looks stupid too, cause he was kissing Trump’s ass. And no one looks like a monster, a murderous monster, which of course she is.

    0
  31. All that money in DeSantis Buddies Contractors… kickbacks already paid… money gone…. No food or healthcare for you!

    0
  32. What happens when the ignore it? And the the scotus rocks dockets it and upholds Alligator Alcaraz anyway? What part of the system has been bought and until the people themselves storm that center nothing will change.

    0
  33. It’s about fucking time! What took so long. These are concentration camps. The only folks that should be locked up in there is Trump, Bondi, Noem, and everyone who Voted for Trump.

    0
  34. Let's see if we can call this: They'll drag their feet clearing it out while they try to appeal it to the very pliable Supreme Court. As hurricane season ramps up, the hastily constructed concentration camp will flood and/or collapse with people trapped inside when the first hurricane blows through.

  35. Hell yes! I did a sticker that said alligator Auschwitz and I was going to take it down and do something else with that but then one person bought it on red bubble but it wasn’t just anybody it was someone from Australia so I made my first international sale! Thanks if you’re on here and bought it!

Best news ever don’t give up alligator Alcatraz is closing

  36. Est. yrly operating cost for "Alligator Alcatraz" was $450 mil, land appraisal value was $190 million, add building costs for the facility $$$$.

Taxpayer dollars going toward something that nobody wanted!!

How much will it cost now to demolish it?

While hardworking Americans live in poverty!!

    0
  37. Maybe. Unless you are being starved and tortured. Then 60 days is way too long. This is 60 days to do what you want. This shit should shut down now! But at least there is some hope, thanks to the judges; they have been really holding the line; heros.

    0
  38. I hope it stands up under appeal, first to an appeals court and then to SCOTUS. I wish I could be optimistic but optimism is something that I have lost.

    0
  39. This regime does not care about court decisions. They will just disregard the ruling, or find some obscure 1800’s loophole in the law to avoid it.

We need to stop considering court rulings as wins. This regime was stomp all over every district court judge, and the people of the United States.

    0
  40. But let me guess, the judge will stay the ruling pending appeal and Trump will appeal on the last day and then to the full appeals court and then to SCOTUS. What I do not understand about judges is why they stay their rulings at all if they have any confidence in them.

    0
  41. And now 1 of 2 things will happen. Trump will appeal and win. And while the appeal is happening, they'll keep it open. Or, they'll just completely ignore the order like a dozen other court orders and nothing will come of it

  42. The Press failed to report the numerous pop-up rallies against ICE, Trump, DeSantis and the weak-ass Republican Party. NOBODY is accepting of ICE. Masked men in the streets, kidnapping individuals with guaranteed rights.
They didn’t expect so much pushback. It appears FL may be more purple. 💜 🇺🇸

    0
  43. I am glad to hear it will be shut down but what hell joke will they send these people to next?

    0
  44. Trump will ignore this, he'll blame the courts, he'll blame the libs, he'll blame everyone else.... he's a whiny little wannabe dictator

    1
  45. I dont think trump will grieve about this. Theyre building lots of other new concentration camps in other states. There is going tb a mass casualty event at Alligator Alley as soon as next hurricaine arrives!

    0
  46. I’d pay tax dollars to see the regime’s favorite traitors cleaning up the site in their shiny white rubber boots.

White girly rubber boots as worn by Ron DeSantis visiting a hurricane-devastated site

  47. Let's hope this judges ruling sticks and...RELEASE THE UNREDACTED EPSTEIN FILES. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER.
